YOUNG ORL-HNS SPECIALISTS AND TRAINEES FROM DEVELOPING COUNTRIES IN ASEAN ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY
The Malaysian Government has pledged a financial contribution to EndoKL2022 to facilitate young ORL-HNS specialists and trainees from developing countries in ASEAN to participate in the conference. Sixty (60) travel grants of USD400 per applicant are available from this contribution.Criteria
1. The applicants must be below 40 years old as of 6 October 2022.2. The applicants must have at least one abstract submitted / accepted for presentation.
Entitlement and Reimbursement
1. A maximum reimbursement of USD400 per person will be given for travel and hotel costs.2. Reimbursement will be made in cash by the Congress Secretariat on 8 October 2022 (the third day of the conference). Please proceed to the Congress Secretariat at the Congress hotel itself (Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur). Please bring along your passport for verification and the original receipts.
Registration Process
1. Applications can be made online via EndoKL2022 website upon successful submission of abstract.2. The Congress Committee shall decide on the successful applicants and the decision is final.
Deadlines
1. The deadline for applications is 31 July 2022.2. The Congress Committee shall inform the applicants of the results by 1 September 2022.
